One of our experienced clinicians will assess you to tailor your coaching. In this session we will assess your movement patterns, and identify any limitations or areas requiring specific focus so that your coach has all that they need for you to hit the ground running.
You’ll receive access to 12 small group personal training sessions over the 30 day introductory period. Your coaching will be tailored to your specific needs (even if you are riddled with injury!)
Our classes will be fully accessible to you over this introductory phase. This is the best way to complement your coaching sessions!
You will get access to The 360Athletic Nutrition Bible written by Ben West, Co-Founder of 360Athletic, and one of London’s leading personal trainers.
Over this period you will receive frequent educational emails covering topics that will give you the tools you need to stay on track and to #BEYOURATHLETE. Learn how to deal with stress and social events and get all the tips you need to remain injury free and maintain your motivation to achieve your goals!
